Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines. 
  • 1. The submission has not been published, and it is 
    not currently considered by another journal.
    2. The submission file is in OpenOffice document file 
    format, Microsoft Word, RTF .
    3. When it is possible, the URL references are 
    provided.
    4. The text is single-spaced ; 12 -point font ; 
    employs italics , rather than underlining 
    (except in URL addresses) ; and places all 
    illustrations, figures, and tables in the appropriate 
    places in the text rather than at the end.
    5. The text conforms to the stylistic and bibliographic 
    requirements outlined in the Authors Guidelines, 
    which is in "About the journal".
    6. In the case of a submission to a section of the 
    journal peer reviewed, the instructions in 
    "Ensuring a blind review” were followed.

The authors will introduce the author references (publication year: page) before the quotation or reformulation in the body text or in the footer of notes, in the following format:
In the usage field, mention may be made of work Guiraud (1967) which ...
In the lexical field include the work of Guiraud (1967: 225) which ...
In the usage field, mention may be made of work Guiraud (1967, 225, 272) which ...
In the lexical field include the work of Guiraud (1967: 225-234) that ...

In the case of the introduction of the reference after a citation or a restatement in the body text or notes, present as follows: (Name date of publication of the book or article or diary page ).
Example: In this case, the invariants are each "a conceptual space constructed from categorization operations experience undertaken by the spirit universe, space that can be equipped with a metric" (Philps 2002: 137).


A letter will be specified in addition to the book or article in question if several of the same year listed in the bibliography for the same author:
Monneret (2003a) mentions the non-isolation of "intellectual sphere" of language.
This referral system requires the presence of references at end of article. In this case, only the references cited in the article can be included in the bibliography (Times New Roman, size 12, normal, justified, spacing 0 points before and 6 points after, single spacing), with the following models :
