Balcons : le paysage linguistique du point de vue de l’énaction

Résumé

L’objectif de ce travail est de réfléchir sur le balcon dans le paysage linguistique du point de vue de l’énaction. Dans un premier temps nous avons parcouru une vaste bibliographie interdisciplinaire et collectée des échantillons de la réalité même. Dans un second temps, nous avons classé, analysé et interprété toute l’information rassemblée. Quant à sa structure, cet article commence par une introduction méthodologique. Ensuite sont expliquées les principales fonctions du balcon : environnementale, esthétique et, surtout, communicative. Après quoi vient une réflexion sur les facettes spéculaire et modélatrice de cet élément architectural. Le travail se conclut par une approche énactiviste du langage balconnier, autrement dit par une démonstration du fait que la réalité se répercute sur le langage des balcons, que ce langage à une incidence sur la réalité, et qu’il existe une interaction entre les deux.

The aim of this paper is to reflect on the balcony in the linguistic landscape from the perspective of enaction. Initially, we delved into a vast interdisciplinary bibliography and gathered samples of the actual reality. Subsequently, we categorized, analyzed, and
interpreted all the gathered information. Regarding its structure, this article begins with a methodological introduction. The main functions of the balcony –environmental, aesthetic, and, above all, communicative– are then explained. This is followed by a consideration of the specular and modelative aspects of this architectural element. The work concludes with
an enactivist approach to the language of the balcony, in other words, by demonstrating that reality has an impact on the language of balconies, that this language affects reality, and that there is an interaction between the two.
